"Delete profile" does not ask for confirmation

"The delete profile" operation works silently (without asking for confirmation). This creates a large risk of accidental data loss, made worse by the fact the the "delete" link is immediately next to "edit," and typical themes (e.g., Bluemarine) have no more visual separation between the two than a wordspace. The behavior is also inconsistent with Drupal core.
