At smaller screen sizes in the default D8 admin theme (at 600 to 1100 px wide, or 1280 if the navigation bar is displayed on the site), the box General information overlaps the list of Components on the right.
Proposed resolution
Either make the width of the page elements more dynamic, to take up 50% of the available page, or add smaller width for smaller screen sizes

On the dev version 8.x-3.x-dev I can't reproduce the bug. Maybe it has been fixed in other issues.
Is it ok to close the issue?
