I get this message "The MailChimp MCAPI wrapper library has not been installed correctly." on the Status report page. I think it a rest of a early version when the MailChimp library was needed to be downloaded with composer. The module work as expected.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @Ante890! The 8.x-1.1 release has a fix for this. Simply run a database update, and that should do the trick.

Great

I see you added function mailchimp_update_8000 in mailchimp.install. You should change this to
mailchimp_update_8001. Because now the function runs on every new database update.

Thanks again for your assistance, @Ante890! I've changed the number for the update hook from 8000 to 8001 and pushed it to code. The fix is set to go out in the next release.
