Release notes

This release of Basic includes minor bug fixes a new Drush renaming script that allows you to easily make Basic your very own.

New features

  • Drush install script: Basic is a starter theme so you are meant to take it, rename it and make it your own. The new Drush renaming script makes that even easier. Check out the README file for instructions on getting started. The result of a great group effort from SteveK, joelpittet, johannez and mark.labrecque
  • Dependancy management: The 1.0 release required both npm and bower, we are now using npm to pull in Bourbon and Bourbon Neat thus eliminating the bower dependancy. Thanks joelpittet for this!

Bug fixes

  • Fix duplicate comments on nodes. Thanks peterpearson
  • Remove normalize.css from bower and use Drupal core's version. Thanks johannez
  • Fix fieldset markup on theme settings page. Thanks blue_waters
