Access the My Ignored User page from the My Account page

Hi there,

Is it possible to access the list of ignored users from the "My Account" page? I like to keep my menu system as uncluttered as possible, manly using navigation across the top of the page, and not using the main navigation block. Also, being able to access the list of ignored users from the users account page makes sense, like you can do with the friends module.
