Submit on cron checkbox needs better label and description

Dunno how much verbosity such a description is supposed to contain. I don't think it is that bad. A description could contain more details, but dunno if it is supposed to contin an additional description.

the label is definitely bad right now ;) Not sure how I let that go like that, we actually discussed it in the issue.

What about simply : "Submit continuous job items on cron"

Description doesn't need to repeat that, but there's still useful things that we can say I think.

"Continuous job items are submitted in groups on cron runs. Otherwise they are submitted immediately when content is created."

Ahh, the checkbox. Yeah. I thought we are talking of the cron task description. :-)

That is much easier to understand.
