Thanks for OpenLucius! It's fantastic. Good feature set, easy to install, easy to use. It even has user documentation!

A use case is having discussions and documents that are publicly visible. (Discussing features of textbook writing software.) View only. Posting comments, etc., requires an account.

Having limited anonymous access would be a Good Thing. Nonprofits, govt depts, open source projects... would be useful to all.
