Show visibility seems not to be working in the Opena Atrium Modern theme. If I uncheck "Show visibility" in "Admininistration-Open Atrium- Config-Privacy" the Visibility icon is still shown in the Admin bar at the bottom left.

mpotter commentedGood catch. I'll get that fixed for 2.61. Right now the one in the bottom-left should only be displayed when you have the Admin bar open, or when you are actually editing content. Till 2.61 you can also hide it in css.
mpotter commentedOh, and I should also add that the Visibility widget is just a panels pane placed within the Editor Toolbar minipanel and aligned to the right, so you can also remove the pane from that mini panel or set visibility rules to control when it should be displayed.
mpotter commentedAdded a new config option for this "visibility toolbar" rather than reusing the old contextual-tab button option.
