Write a better help text [#2690705]

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the help description of the module is not very clear. It states

Configure the dynamic Like button. This Like button will like the URL you're visiting. You can set the content types on which the button displays, choose to display it in the content block or in the links area.

You can also configure Static Like Button Blocks in the Block Layout page.

Proposed resolution

Write a new help text that describes the module's current functionality in more detail.

There is an unnecessary space character at the end.

I agree it would be good to update the README.txt, but we also need to modify the help description at fblikebutton_help() in fblikebutton.module
