You have not enabled any modules providing feed elements. Please enable at least Views RSS: Core Elements module.

@tessa: views_rss is in the drupal-org.make file did you build the modules?

The notice is about a sub-module in views_rss, you can see the notice in the view config page on a clean DvG install.
