Downloaded and enabled this theme, and now my whole site is completely blank. I can't do anything now, and it won't let me enable a different theme through command line. I have tested at least 20 themes and have never had this issue, so it definitely isn't something I have done.

If u are using drush, then just use drush uli. It will give one time login and you will be able to login through admin and enable other theme.
