Problem/Motivation

The UI has different sequence for local tasks than for the admin UI links.
Sure some links are extra.

Proposed resolution

Consistency.

- Job

- Manage Tasks
- Translate
- Providers
- Settings

I guess that's fine.

Both local tasks and admin links in same sequence.

Synced the weights of views-provided links and local tasks.
