We've had an error recently begin appearing when we go to edit a sub-space in our organization's new Open Atrium intranet:

Notice: Undefined index: #default_value in oa_core_form_node_form_alter() (line 570 of D:\Webroot\Internet\Docs\icg\profiles\openatrium\modules\contrib\oa_core\oa_core.module).

Although it does not appear to be interfering with anything working right now, we're seeking assistance because we're concerned issues may arise later.

Thanks for the report. I couldn't reproduce the error directly or determine how it might be caused, but I did add a check to the code in commit c4b79ee of oa_core to prevent that error in the future.
