Apparently there's both mod_fcgid and mod_fastcgi for Apache. We failed to distinguish between those at #2636930: Document how to disable FastCGI's and IIS' response buffering, where we actually covered mod_fcgid.

There are different instructions for mod_fastcgi. Let's add those.
