When activating this module I get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare date_token_list() (previously declared in /home/brew/public_html/site/modules/date/date/date.module:361) in /home/brew/public_html/site/modules/token/token_cck.inc on line 226

Thanks for any help getting this working.

You need a more current version of the Token module.
