I suggest merging the two separate admin pages into one, using local tasks to divide the separate sections.

Perhaps. I believe Path Redirect currently uses several pages for only a little content. (I'm not sure since I haven't used it anymore for some time now)

After a lot of consideration, I'm going to approve this change. Marking this as a duplicate of #365589: UI improvement: Consolidate admin menu items to mirror Pathauto.
