I've noticed that when usasearch is enabled the "Search settings" entry disappears from the Search and Metadata grouping on /admin/config though the /admin/config/search/settings path is still valid and displays the expected configs for core search and usasearch.
Given how long the branch has been out and the absence of issues about this, I'm assuming it's an intentional change. If so, is it documented anywhere? Can't find it in the README.

timwoodI was able to confirm what Barrett reported. Those using Administration Menu on their site would not have noticed because the "Search Settings" menu item still appears in the admin menu. Also when you navigate into /admin/config/search, "Search Settings" and "USASearch Settings" are available, but as primary tabs across the top instead of as items in the admin list.

Changes in HEAD will means the patch will need to be re-rolling
