The blocks tagadelic auto creates need a "Block description" field on their configure page. Currently, they only have a "block title" field, which is used for both the block's title on the front-end and the admin name shown in the block listing page (normally what the Block description is for). If you don't want a title on the front end, then the block shows up without a name on the admin page.
