Adding new simple hierarchical select not shown in reference area

The module is not shown after installation. The module is not shown while adding new fields in Reference area nor as a widged in the manag form display. I followed step by step instructions as mentioned in the documentation but still having the same.

I created a hierarchical vocabulary as shown below:

Parent A
-Child A
-Child A
-Child A

Parent B
-Child A
-Child B
--Child A
--Child A

During "adding new field' I selected "Taxonomy Term" ("Simple hierarchical select" not shoun). Then in manage form display, "Simple hierarchical select is not shown" as a widget neither.

I tried diferent conbination but the module is not shown. Created just 1 parent with 1 child, and still not shown.
