Hi every body,
I am very happy when module Captcha and recaptcha are available on Drupal 8. It worked very well but still small issue:
My site is drupal 8, I installed and configured captcha and recaptcha module. When I try login, i got message "CAPTCHA session reuse attack detected" , I turn off cache drupal on admin/config/development/performance.

I have the same problem and I apply this patch, Unfortunately, it not work for me.

My problem is when I added more than one file at the time appear " CAPTCHA session reuse attack detected" and I added example screen shot.

There are two issues addressing the same bug, we don't need two issues, just stick with the other one.
