I have enabled entity translation on atoms and replaced the title with a title_field instance.
When trying to translate an atom, I get the following messages:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in EntityTranslationDefaultHandler->localTasksAlter() (line 1564 of /vagrant/drupal/current/sites/all/modules/contrib/entity_translation/includes/translation.handler.inc).
    Notice: Undefined index: count in menu_secondary_local_tasks() (line 2249 of /vagrant/drupal/current/includes/menu.inc).

Is the problem really with the patch? I reviewed the Jenkins log for one of them and the error reported is
java.io.IOException: remote file operation failed: /var/lib/drupalci/web at hudson.remoting.Channel@3db34eb1:d0148ce7-69b9-43e5-8cba-c2863103cc7c: hudson.remoting.ChannelClosedException: channel is already closed
