ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Pages that implement this module are throwing the following error:
GET http://85.17.190.170:9026/socket.io/1/?t=1454451288978 net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

We are using a unmodified install.
We checked and this is not unique to our site. Looks to be a server issue.

Any estimates on restoring this service?
