I have installed Geofield 8.x-1.0-alpha1, Geocoder 8.x-2.0-alpha3, Address 8.x-1.0-beta2 modules. When added new field of type as geofield and try to configure widget. There is no option to ‘Use Geocoder to automatically set location from text' type of checkbox in widget settings. Due to that unable to get the lat/lng of address in content.

Go to admin/structure/types/manage/"your-content-type"/form-display. Here will you find the widget settings.

You need to also enable the geocoder_field and geocoder_geofield modules for these options to appear.
