This issue is to discuss if we want to add permissions to assign to yourself and for unassign the tasks assigned to you.
This might be interesting in a hard structured environments, where the control of the manager requires to be more strict.

The discussion started here:
If a translation manager decides that a job should be done by translator X, the translator possibly should not be able to unassign.

However, before adding many special permissions and manual code, we need to know how our approach fits into a more complex workflow driven setup (where a specific module would be used)... we should avoid any kind of overlap in code.
