In #2564483: Cannot translate metatags after last update anymore the output translation for entities ends up being a bit too granular, specifically there's no need to track the records per revision ID.

I just updated to 7.x-1.9 from 7.x-1.8 and got the following error:

Failed: PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'locales_source' doesn't exist: SELECT COUNT(lid) FROM {locales_source} WHERE textgroup = 'metatag' AND context LIKE 'metatag_output:%:%:%:%'; Array ( ) in metatag_update_7104() (line 1959 of /metatag/metatag.install).
