Using the standard process that Drupal has in place this metatags_quick cannot be uninstalled without significant extra effort. This should be clearly documented in the project description to prevent at a bare minimum bait/switch activity and a false indication of the number of active module users.

I would argue that a module that cannot be uninstalled violates a base level understanding of what a module is. Short of that this should be clearly documented.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
