The viewer in pdf.js seems have supported it.
PDF files need to be linearized too.
The server also need to have "Accept-Ranges: bytes". http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1817750/do-most-browsers-make-multipl...

Seems there is nothing we can do with the Drupal module.
