Description:
Entity form handlers that are returned by \Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityTypeManager::getFormObject() were statically cached before 8.1.x. This caused a lot of problems for some contrib modules. Considering this and the fact that this particular cache did not bring any significant performance improvement, we decided to remove it entirely.
