Hi all.

On our web site we have implemented a custom theme that uses, only on home page, jQuery 1.11.3 .
Unfortunately this version of jQuery does not shown in any way the popup for Cookie Policy: instead if I choose an internal page the popup is shown correctly (because the custom theme of the rest of web site uses the standard Drupal jQuery).

I have the same issue, using jquery 1.10, this module works with jquery <= 1.8

I see we have a problem setting the cookie in anything above 1.10 and the creation of the element fails in 1.9. I'll try to find a fix,

I've fixed this in -dev, and confirmed the javascript works with all jQueries from 1.4 till 3.1.1.
