The submission data isn't unserialized upon display, so the product is always empty and the number of persons is 'a' ;) This can easily be fixed by executing the 'webform_submission_load' hook first.

The date format of wa_date_time component is off as well; I've added a 'day_date_time' predefined format for that too.

Here's the most definitive fix! This moves the appointment data out of the submission data, which also fixes #2636360: Encrypted submission in dvg_appointments_webform_submission_insert ;)
