When I create a webform form I can't select a taxonomy term for it. Is it a bug or intended?

Have you enabled a vocabulary for this type of node (webform)?

Is there no form at all or is there something preventing the value from saving? GoofyX makes a good guess also. Webforms are just like any other node when it comes to taxonomy.
