There's no more "!" placeholder

User error: Invalid placeholder (!count) in string: The length of the password is !count characters and needs to be at least @length characters in Drupal\Component\Render\FormattableMarkup::placeholderFormat() (line 240 of /var/www/core8/core/lib/Drupal/Component/Render/FormattableMarkup.php).
