Link Click Count module is enabled.

But: "Link Clicks Count Configuration" section not showing in [admin/structure/types/manage/(content-type)/fields/(any-link-field)]

What could be wrong?

In 8.x module, we are not using field settings configuration, Instead we have only field formatter configuration.
look into below url for 8.x module configuration.
