As i found out the usage statistics does not work with MySQL 4.x.

See the attached files how we could select the data with a few examples, but i have NO idea how to build the array for project_build_query().

This isn't a bug, and it's very low priority. iff someone else provides a patch that's well tested on 5.x and 4.x will I even consider this issue again.

I'm going to won't fix this issue now as I will upgrade mysql myself soon.
