Problem/Motivation

When you go to the moderate tab for workbench_moderation if you are using Entity Translation and switch languages the Revision Title will always be in english.

Proposed resolution

Add title module support if detected to override the title

Right now this still isn't good since it does show the right language but isn't pulling the right one.
