I have a case that I have multiple filters on a page with multiple exposed filters because I need to separate these filters into separate groups. For some reason on one of the filters the province doesn't default to United States when I have that set in the settings.

I found that the grovel_country() returns an array instead of returning the default country per my setting. I am checking if it is an empty array in the patch.
