I added plugin for that and updated labels for strtotime plugin to recognize them.

Added "!" at beginning of format string, so users don't have to remember write it there and be confused by strange parsing results.

Perfect, I always have to code to solve these messy english queen imperial standards.
I just found out this feed tamper plugin, applied and tested on a couple of projects, and it works perfectly.
