view styleguide from other themes than the active

Problem/Motivation

Right now its only possible to view the enabled default frontend theme.
a Styleguide for a backend theme etc cant be viewed unless the theme gets set to be default frontend.

Proposed resolution

Move the styleguides into apperance & make it a link item for each theme
