With Lift enabled, the backdrops for ctools modals appear to scroll along with the page but in the opposite direction.

This appears to be caused by modalContentResize which syncs the top position of $('#modalBackdrop') with $(document).scrollTop() (the current vertical position of the scroll bar).

The attached patch just removes the top positioning from modalContentResize.

7.x-3.0, which supports the current iteration of the product (i.e. Lift 3), is expected to be released very soon.

If you are on Drupal 8, 8.x-3.x GA are already out as well.
