While implementing hook_webform_autocomplete_options_alter() to autocomplete from taxonomy term names, it came to mind that this might be a cool default feature.

I'm happy to merge this, and I'll also suggest that an even better approach would be to support autocomplete from Views. With that one integration we'd get support for all the things - nodes, taxonomy terms, users, pretty much everything in Drupal.

any reason why this was removed? i see it's commited but latest version of the module doesn't have this feature

@pub497 Ran into the same issue, it's due to 7.x-2.x not showing on project page. It's committed, but not in a release.
