Initially it failed, with QA saying something like 'QA couldn't download https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/cache_form_expiry_to_variable-209151...' (I can't find that test result in QA).

I queued it for retesting and the test went green, but the testbot still marked the issue as Needs Work with a test failure.

Marking this issue as outdated. Not sure what the issue at the time was, but it wasnt something ongoing, so likely related to something specific to that patch.
