bonobo commentedThis is an issue with your hosting company (or your server) --
If you are hosting with a company, contact tech support and ask about the possibility of upgrading your php version. Some hosts will accomodate this request with no issues; others will refuse. If they refuse, you don't have many options outside of changing hosts.
If you are running your own server and have admin/root access, then you can upgrade it yourself, but this upgrade is not something to be done lightly.
