views.argument_default.schema.yml defines schema for views.argument_default.php. The corresponding plugin does not exist in core since the removal of the PHP module, so it can be removed.
The now contrib PHP module actually has a PHP argument default plugin so after fixing this is in core this issue should be moved to the PHP module queue to add the schema there.
Remove the obsolete schema.
