Wrong CSS positioning of form elements block "% Off"-selection under "Choose Offer Type"

I narrowed this down to a wrong positioned CSS element as can be seen in the attached image.

The "This discount is compatible with any other discount." line is over the "% off" causing it to be un-selectable.

Marking this as major as it is a big loss in functionality.

A workaround for now is to narrow the browser window so the line and radio button will wrap below the textarea, like this:

@commonmind or @Neograph734 can you try the latest -dev I think I fixed it there. If it's fixed, I'll tag a new release.

Thanks for testing, I'd really like to include this patch that merges the two submodules for the next version. If you have a moment could you try it out please and let me know if it causes you any grief?
