When I create a Content Type and link Subscription products from the "Pay to Publish Plan" its NOT visible on the Content Type...

In the "Manage Fields" section when I "Add a New Filed" the "Field Type" and selected "Widget" are Visible and Operation can Edit and Delete the field. This part is O.K

However when I have a look in the "Manage Display" section the "Field" and "Label" for the field are visible, But under "Format" the field only displays as "Hidden" and is within the Visible section, their is No Choice to display the "Pay Per View Plan" widget.

In "Manage Display" the widget is NOT displaying properly for the "Pay Per View Plan" widget and or its not working correctly and thus cannot be linked or displayed on the content type.

I am not using pay to publish at all, no idea about its working. Any other can help?

Just A QUICK update .... this assumed Error could be a functionality component. As the "Pay Per View" widget does not display in the "Managed Display" Under "Default View", But it does display under Full View and Teaser View. This may not be a bug ... but a feature for purpose a I don't understand as yet.

It seems it was done intentionally in the module, however the patch attached allows you to chose the formatter in the default mode too.
