Nit-pick about the description for URL alias.

The alternative URL for this content. Use a relative path. For example, enter "/about" for the about page.

It's true, "/about" is a relative path, but so are "about" and "../about".
The latter 2 relative paths are invalid.
"Use a relative path." is not accurate and potentially confusing.

The example is sufficient to explain the expected value.

Now that I'm re-rolling and re-reading this, is there any reason not to use the same description for both the Path Form base and the Path Widget?

The patch seems to be a better solution for the aliasing.
