With a long list of features on a site it sometimes helps to get a shorter list of just the overridden items.

Here's a little patch that adds a 'storage' option. If it's anything other the the default 'all' it will suppress output of lines for not overridden features.

Not sure about the help message using "db" as the option for showing overrides.

Rather than changing the "drush fl" command and adding yet another argument, I wonder if this is what the default behavior of "drush fd" should be when no feature is specified (show all overridden)
