With Advanced CSS/JS Aggregation installed, CSS URLs aren't absolute, but instead begin with //. This causes Less's watch feature to fail, which expects an absolute URL when checking for a cache key match.

Here's a patch which detects URLs that start with // and converts them to the absolute URL.
