Hi,

While working on #2608672: Preview Image Is Missing I've discovered TED supports oEmbed.
I thought it would be a good addition to the already supported providers.

Attaching the patch.

Currently supports only http(s)://(www.)ted.com/talks/* paths which covers 99% of the use cases.

Tested #2 and committed to Media: oEmbed 7.x-2.x.
