I have my Worktracker panelized to show OA Notifications and create content panels next to the node content. Every once in a while the content just reverts back to not panelized for no known reason. I am hoping someone has seen this before or has some idea of what may be causing it.

I have learned that this only happens when the content type is edited. The panelizer content and layouts are still there when it happens, so just going in and repanelizing it takes care of the problem until the next edit. At least I know to check for it on each edit. It would be nice if it did not happen though.
